Increased fare

Black day for fare dodgers

On 27 September 2002 the Federal Council of Germany agreed on the alteration of the regulations on the General Transport Terms and Conditions for tram and trolley bus transport as well as the line transport with motor vehicles and the railway traffic regulations.

Fare dodging does not pay off!

If you cannot produce a valid ticket for a bus or train journey, you will have to pay a increased fare amounting to 40.00 Euro and possibly face penal consequences.

Spare yourself an embarrassing situation and spare us unpleasant work. Buy a ticket before travelling and enjoy a relaxed trip by bus and train with the VRS.
